Hendrik joined Fourth Corner Neurosurgical in January 2011, assisting surgically and in the clinical practice. Previously, Hendrik was a contracted Physicians Assistant at PeaceHealth St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bellingham, WA.  Hendrik completed his B.S. in Biology at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI.  and a Master Physicians Assistant program at Midwestern University, Glendale, AZ.  He became Board Certified in Sept. 2007 by the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants.
